Please arrive on time to your appointment. If early, please wait in your car until you are waved in.

If unwell, please rearrange your appointment with sufficient notice.

If you have a bad cold / cough, lying flat can make you feel worse and more sensitive to the products. I would appreciate you rescheduling following the notice period so not to pass on any infections.

To reschedule your appointment, please give 48 hours notice. If less than 24 hours, a 50% charge will be required.

To reschedule your appointment in busy times in particular the appointment move will be up to the discretion of Brow Lounge by Kimberley.

Please do not bring children to your appointment. I do not have the space sufficient to accommodate

The deposit is non refundable, please bear this in mind when booking.

My Address is: 3 Unwin Close, Hook, Hampshire RG27 9FL We have two parking spaces outside for parking. If you cannot park here for any reason. Please drive past my house and park at the end of my close near the shrubs on your left hand side.

Payment: Cash or Card Accepted

Please remove any eye makeup prior to a lash appointment. In order so we can make a prompt start when you arrive.

If you are running late, please let me know asap. I may be able to accommodate depending on the treatment time but if I have another client after you, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and a fee maybe applied.
